No Data Corruption & Data Integrity
What exactly does the 'No Data Corruption & Data Integrity' slogan mean to each web hosting account user?
Data corruption is the unintentional change of a file or the loss of info which usually occurs during reading or writing. The reason can be hardware or software malfunction, and consequently, a file could become partially or completely corrupted, so it will no longer work correctly as its bits shall be scrambled or lost. An image file, for instance, will no longer present an authentic image, but a random combination of colors, an archive will be impossible to unpack as its content will be unreadable, etc. When this kind of an issue appears and it isn't found by the system or by an admin, the data will get corrupted silently and when this happens on a disk drive that's part of a RAID array where the information is synchronized between different drives, the corrupted file will be copied on all other drives and the damage will become long term. A large number of frequently used file systems either don't feature real-time checks or don't have good ones which will detect an issue before the damage is done, so silent data corruption is a rather common issue on web hosting servers where substantial volumes of data are stored.

No Data Corruption & Data Integrity in Cloud Hosting
We guarantee the integrity of the data uploaded in every single
cloud hosting account which is generated on our cloud platform due to the fact that we work with the advanced ZFS file system. The aforementioned is the only one which was designed to avoid silent data corruption via a unique checksum for each and every file. We will store your information on a large number of NVMe drives which function in a RAID, so the exact same files will exist on several places simultaneously. ZFS checks the digital fingerprint of all of the files on all of the drives in real time and if the checksum of any file differs from what it should be, the file system replaces that file with a healthy version from a different drive in the RAID. There's no other file system that uses checksums, so it's easy for data to get silently corrupted and the bad file to be reproduced on all drives with time, but since this can never happen on a server running ZFS, you do not have to worry about the integrity of your data.

No Data Corruption & Data Integrity in Semi-dedicated Hosting
We've avoided any probability of files getting corrupted silently because the servers where your
semi-dedicated hosting account will be created employ a powerful file system known as ZFS. Its advantage over alternative file systems is that it uses a unique checksum for each file - a digital fingerprint which is checked in real time. Since we keep all content on multiple NVMe drives, ZFS checks whether the fingerprint of a file on one drive matches the one on the rest of the drives and the one it has saved. In the event that there is a mismatch, the bad copy is replaced with a healthy one from one of the other drives and because it happens instantly, there is no chance that a damaged copy can remain on our hosting servers or that it could be duplicated to the other hard drives in the RAID. None of the other file systems include this type of checks and in addition, even during a file system check following an unexpected electrical power failure, none of them can detect silently corrupted files. In comparison, ZFS will not crash after an electrical power failure and the constant checksum monitoring makes a lenghty file system check unneeded.
